Resource plan
For the type of sector that radio production/presenting is, personality is a key factor that will contribute to the success of your career. Having good people skills and being in touch with up to date social media and technology give you a kicking start to improving on your skills. Having previous work will also help employers see how you produce work and what kind of style you express.
However, having a web presence would benefit as universities or employers could see how the public react and like you, which if you are going for a presenters role, being likeable and interesting would be essential.
Evaluation paragraph
My ultimate job would be a radio producer for a big company such as BBC, after a handful of years working as a radio producer, I would love to work my way up to being Radio manager for the BBC. The resources which will help me succeed at this job role will be my University degree in media and communication (Radio) which will give me knowledge in the industry as well as having knowledge about the media law. I would need a laptop and access to the internet in order to have a internet personality and gain some recognition and work my way up to being noticed by a large mass.
